Our resort Executive Chef Marios Petrakis heads up the gastronomy team at the Cove, delivering expertise and creativity to the table. Marios brings vast experience in the global culinary sphere having honed his skills in Michelin-starred establishments in Spain, Denmark and the UK. His professional journey has seen him work with lauded chefs, cultivating priceless knowledge and an inventive mindset.
With a profound connection to Greek and Cretan culinary heritage, Marios oversees that each dining experience at the Cove is an exceptional one.
EXECUTIVE PASTRY CHEF
Μargarita brings her experience in fine dining patisserie to her creations at the Cove. Having worked alongside lauded chefs in luxury hotels and high-end restaurants in Greece, Margarita crafts and enchanting narrative with each sweet bite by applying French methods and techniques with traditional Greek ingredients.
RHO RESTAURANT & TAVERNA CHEF
Konstantinos is at the helm of RHO and Taverna after serving as Head Chef at our very own Ocean Restaurant bringing with him a wealth of experience working alongside our award-winning collaborators at Ducasse Conseil. Konstantinos delivers his innovative streak to the table creating truly original flavours and fusing ingredients in an innovative way. Expect a gastronomy journey sure to impress even the most discerning palate.
THE BEACH HOUSE RESTAURANT CHEF
The Beach House chef ingeniously combines his experience exploring exceptional Greek ingredients with pleasant surprises for our guest’s palate. Alexandros’ dishes bring fresh flavours to complement that laid-back atmosphere of the beach and private cove with the sand at our feet.
PANGEA RESTAURANT CHEF
Cooking up a storm for our guests in the Pangea restaurant is Antonis Chavadakis, showcasing his extensive experience in the country’s top luxury hotels. Evident from the first bite, Antonis’ thirst to experiment and create new flavours is what keeps guests coming back to the Pangea dinner table.
