Nick Sourmpatis is currently Head Bar Manager at The Clumsies in Athens, consistently awarded in the World’s 50 Best Bars. Nick won the Havana Club Wild Card competition in 2018 and was named World Class Greece winner in 2019. As well as being nominated for Best International Bar Team at the Tales of the Cocktail awards in 2018 and again in 2022, The Clumsies mixology crew create alongside Nick with his innovative streak shining through in every cocktail.
